These exercises for your chest muscles should not be done everyday. By doing them daily you will only overexert these muscles. Whenever you are first starting out, make sure that you only use a minimal amount of weight. From there you can gradually increase this weight. At the same time, it is also a good idea to increase the number of repetitions so as to increase the intensity of the workout.
