Prefer eating fresh fruits instead of drinking fruit since juice often has been sweetened but fruits have natural sugar. By eating fruits and vegetables also you are also adding in a lot of fiber, which is essential for your body. Its better to avoid processed canned fruits as they do not have as much fiber as fresh fruits. Another way to reduce calories in your food is by including green leafy vegetables, having a salad before your meal will help in two ways; you will feel full and eat less and will get the necessary fibers required by your body.
Exercise – it the best bet when it comes to burning calories. It is necessary to do regular exercises 3-5 times per week to reduce calories. Make sure you exercise in a way that you end up burning more calories than you consume.
